Vikram Composite High School was established in the year 2003 and running under the aegies of Sri Lakshmi Education Society(R.) is an institution par excellence with a team of experienced, dedicated & full time faculty, who strive hard towards the academic excellence & all round development of the students.

Vikram Composite High School has a team of young and eminent faculty who are committed students’ excellence. On the academic front they are fully supported to cope up with the learning processes with care. Mentoring is an important aspect of the student-teacher relationship at Vikram Composite High School. Constant monitoring of progress of the students’ studies is done. Individual attention is given where required. Special skills of students are encouraged. Overall personality development of the students is considered. The students are assisted to get into self-driven study methods. They are helped to prepare projects and presentations. GNM Course-Minimum age- 17 years Maximum age-35 years
ANM/LHV- no bar on age

  1. Minimum Qualification – 10+2 class or its equivalent passed with an aggregate of 35% marks in Arts / Commerce / Science conducted by the department of pre-university education, Karnataka, or its equivalent recognized by RGUHS.
  2. Those who have cleared vocational ANM course (revised after 2001) from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
  3. 10+2 or its equivalent pass with ANM training of at least 1-½ years.
  4. 10th pass and 2 years of ANM course (Revised) registered as ANM

Students will be eligible for admission once in an academic year and
Students are expected to be medically fit.


Students should have 80% attendance each in theory and practical.

Student should complete 11 months duration of that particular academic year before appearing for the examination.

Principal should certify that the candidate’s performance and conduct is satisfactory. If a student fails in one theory paper or practical, she/he will be allowed to proceed to the next year of study. She/he may sit for a supplementary examination in the failed subjects or practical held subsequently. If she/he fails to clear the supplementary examination, she/he may be allowed to sit again along with their previous year’s subjects.

Procedure to apply

Conditions: Those seeking admission will need to submit application form with prescribed fees along with supporting documents. The admission will be on a first come first serve basis, subject to the availability of seats.

The Application form and Prospectus may be obtained by sending a Demand Draft drawn in favor of “St. Philomina School of Nursing” for Rs. 500/- payable at Chintamani. Rs. 50/- may be added for postal delivery of the same.

The last date for submission of completed application forms is subject to the University/Board notifications regarding admissions.

Essential Documents.

  1. SSLC/10th or equivalent
  2. PUC/+2 or equivalent
  3. Transfer Certificate
  4. Migration Certificate
  5. Caste/OBC Certificate (for SC/ST only)

All the above documents should be submitted in original with seven sets of photocopy, seven passport size latest photographs and 3 stamp size photographs.

Admission Procedure

The Institute will give you a Provisional Admission Letter on receiving the filled up application forms along with the fee. Your admission will remain provisional until the University/Board confirms it.

All admissions are subject to the rules and regulations of the University/Board and the final admission will be approved based on the eligibility criteria and submission of supporting documents in original as stipulated by the University/Board.
